The lettering in this section has been carved for the most part using chisels (by hand) and then either gilded (24k gold) or painted or left natural.

The making of individual piece as either one-of-a-kind creations or the repair or duplication of a cherished heirloom or historical piece has been a specialty of Martins' for 15 years.
